The Swiss Innovation Agency Innosuisse has approved the proposal for the project “Towards a NetZero Plastics Industry” under its 2021 launched Flagship Initiative. This project is one of 8 successful proposals and involves a collaboration between five Swiss research institutions and 18 companies. Over the next four years, the project team will focus on improving sustainability across all stages of the plastics lifecycle, aiming to reduce CO2 emissions, enhance resource efficiency, and promote a circular economy within the plastics industry. Together, we strive to make the plastics industry greener, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
