About ZeroPol
ZeroPol is the Flagship project “Towards a NetZero Plastics Industry”. It was approved by the Swiss Innovation Agency Innosuisse and aims to revolutionize the plastics industry through systemic innovation and collaboration. Over the next four years, a team of five Swiss research institutions and 18 industry partners will work together to enhance sustainability and operational efficiency across all stages of the plastics lifecycle. The project focuses on reducing CO2 emissions, improving resource efficiency, and promoting a circular economy. By integrating digital technologies, novel materials, and innovative processes, the initiative seeks to create a greener, more sustainable plastics industry in Switzerland.
