Composite Recycling is a cleantech startup that has developed a next generation technology for recycling fibre-reinforced plastics (FRP) and pioneered a new thermolysis-based approach that results in reclaimed outputs (fibre and thermolysis oil) that are high-quality and high-value as secondary raw materials for manufacturing new composites and plastics.
Based in Ecublens, Switzerland, Composite Recycling was founded in 2021 with the goal of diverting composite wastes away from landfills and back into the production of high-performance new composites. Since then, the company has built a significant pipeline of industry-leading clients and has received many prizes and accolades for its groundbreaking contributions to sustainable manufacturing in the composites industry.
