Water and urbanity are the driving forces behind the industrial and data group
After the start of industrial activity with a blast furnace licence in 1810, the company was founded in 1823. The most recent 20 years of vonRoll infratec’s history are the story of a metamorphosis: the former supplier of hardware for the Swiss market has become an industrial and data group with a global presence. With integrated products, services and software for ZEROWATERLOSS strategies for water utilities and with new solutions for transport needs in an increasingly congested urban environment, VONROLL INFRATEC has positioned itself strategically and conceptually correctly.
Goals for the coming years In the coming years, VONROLL aims to continuously increase the proportion of recycled raw materials in the production of its products. The focus will be on metal and plastic recyclates. Furthermore, more efficient manufacturing processes are to be developed and investments made in research and development.
